Evolve Modern Pilates

Evolve Modern Pilates is a Pilates studio located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The studio was co-founded by Dana and Leanna, who share a passion for health, healing, and happiness through the practice of safe and effective functional movement.

The studio offers various classes, including Evolve Total Body, Evolve Body Smart, and Evolve Body Elevate, which are designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. These classes are done on the XFormer, a spring-based machine that delivers a low-impact, high-intensity workout.

The XFormer is an evolution of the classic Pilates reformer and is taught exclusively at Evolve Modern Pilates. It enables safer standing movements and a wider range of exercise options than traditional equipment. The springs create continuous variable tension, allowing for safe and effective strength training.

Evolve Modern Pilates welcomes individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, challenged, and ready to evolve. The studio is driven to create a community that shares a deep passion for health, healing, and happiness.

The studio is located at 1336 Old Georgetown Road, Suite 104, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464, and can be contacted at (843) 788-9446 or hello@evolvemodernpilates.com. The studio also offers instructor training for those interested in becoming a Pilates instructor.
